Interview with State Representative Rick Noriega

This week's episode of Who's Blue features a conversation with Rick Noriega, State Representative from District 145 in Harris County. Representative Noriega (whom some enthusiastic supporters are hoping to draft for a US Senate run) is currently a Lieutenant Colonel in the Texas Army National Guard; he served along the US-Mexico border in Operation Jump Start as well as in Afghanistan.
